Welcome to the Nexlyo family! We stand behind the Flood Dragon and all other models in the family and want to ensure your backyard water wars never have to end.
If you added the Lifetime Protection Plan to your order at checkout, your blaster is protected against mechanical failures. To ensure we can keep offering this awesome perk, we have a few common sense rules in place. Please read below to see exactly how our policy works.
What Is Covered
Your Lifetime Protection Plan covers operational failures that stop you from dominating the backyard. This includes:

Internal Motor Failure: The electric pump stops working under normal use.

Battery Issues: The battery fails to hold a charge (when used with the original provided cable).

Factory Defects: Out-of-the-box issues like internal leaking or broken triggers.
What Is NOT Covered (The Anti-Abuse Clause)
We know backyard battles get intense, but we do not cover intentional destruction, misuse, or lost items. The following scenarios will void your warranty:

Impact Damage: Damage caused by throwing the blaster, dropping it on hard surfaces (like concrete or asphalt), or using it as a melee weapon against objects or people.

Complete Submersion: The Flood Dragon and other models are highly water-resistant, but it is not a submarine. Completely submerging the blaster underwater in pools, buckets, or lakes will ruin the internal electronics and is not covered.

Improper "Ammo": Damage caused by filling the tank with anything other than clean tap water (no heavy chlorine pool water, mud, juice, or soda).

Cosmetic Wear: Scratches, scuffs, fading paint, or minor dents from normal rough-and-tumble play.

Lost or Stolen Items: We cannot replace a blaster if you no longer have it.
Important Terms & Conditions

One Replacement Limit: This warranty is valid for ONE (1) replacement unit per original blaster purchased under the plan.

Shipping and Processing Fee: While the replacement blaster itself is fully covered by us, customers are responsible for paying a standard shipping and processing fee to have the new unit dispatched from our warehouse.
How to File a Claim
Ready to get back in the game? Follow these steps to claim your replacement:

Find Your Receipt: Locate your original order number showing the purchase of the Flood Dragon and the Lifetime Protection Plan.

Record the Evidence: Take a short, clear video showing the issue with the blaster (for example, the motor failing to engage when the trigger is pulled).

Contact Mission Control: Email our support team at info@nexlyo.store with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and your video attachment.
Our team will review your claim within 24 to 48 hours and send you a secure link to cover the shipping fee for your replacement!
