Refund policy
Order Cancellations
Need to cancel? We get it. If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us at info@nexlyo.store and we'll cancel it and issue a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You're welcome to request a return once you receive it (see below).
Returns and Refunds
We stand behind every blaster. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging
- You must have your order number or proof of purchase
- You must contact us at info@nexlyo.store before sending anything back
How it works:
1. Email us at info@nexlyo.store with your order number and reason for the return.
2. We'll review your request within 1-2 business days.
3. If approved, we'll provide return instructions.
4. Once we confirm the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your blaster arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us at info@nexlyo.store within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Exchanges
We don't do direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, return the original and place a new order.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit. If more than 15 business days have passed after approval, contact us at info@nexlyo.store.
