Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We currently offer Standard Shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery times from the date your order ships:

- United States: 10-15 business days
- Canada: 14-20 business days
- United Kingdom: 14-20 business days
- Australia: 14-20 business days
- Europe: 14-20 business days
- Rest of world: 18-25 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location, carrier delays, and other external factors outside of our control. Due to high demand, some orders may be fulfilled through partner distribution centers, which may result in international transit points appearing on your tracking. This is completely normal and does not affect your delivery window.

Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday).
- Orders placed after 12 PM PST or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. Any active free shipping promotions will be automatically applied at checkout.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties charged by their country.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package's progress every step of the way. Because we fulfill from multiple distribution centers, you may see international transit points on your tracking before your order arrives. This is part of our standard fulfillment process.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team at info@nexlyo.store within 7 days of the delivery date and we will make it right.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Nexlyo is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@nexlyo.store and we will do our best to update it before your order ships.
